So far we've won the largest number of gold medals since 1920.
Pity that the media have only focused their attention on sports such as cycling, sailing and rowing AFTER medals started to be won.
Why concentrate on televising athletics such as 100m where we have no medal hopes?
Come on BBC et al - be a lot more patriotic and cut the crap about viewing figures being higher for other events than those we particiapte well in.
Viewing figures will be good for sports where Great Britain shine.

As I speak my man is in the kitchen preparing a "morning after the night before" fry up.
The sound of bacon in hot fat, and the distinctive smell of cooking meat permeates the air and makes my tastebuds twitch in anticiption.
He went out this morning to buy the Lincolnshire sausages from one of the local butchers, and bread rolls to accompany the feast.
He claims it's the best way to compliment an evening drinking Batemans XXXB
